My affection for color and fabric developed as an interior designer and grew while working at Pink Chalk Fabrics. As I became a part of the online quilting community my love of color and fabric came together on the Pink Chalk Studio Blog series ‘What Goes With What?’. Thank you Kathy Mack for giving me a voice and an outlet to encourage quilters around the world.
I’m the mother of 2 grown kids and a large Ginger Bernese Mountain Dog named Hudson. We live in the Pacific Northwest where the mountains and sea surround us with amazing beauty everyday. I’m inspired by the beach, camping, sunsets, waterfalls and quality lake time. Most weekends you can find me paddling in my kayak or hanging by the sea in a hammock. My goal is to help you to find your true color passion.

What Goes With What? 
Thank you for your wealth of knowledge! I look forward to all your suggestions! I just started working on a quilt using Doe and I was looking for some help coordinating the dark blue and seafoam blue. Of course kona has options! There is a green in the Paint collection from such designs that kind of works. So do a few of Angela walters Athena line. I just love all of Doe.
